High School Training
Our goal for our High School program is to get our athletes ready to compete and thrive at the next level. A medium sized class setting that is made up of strength, speed, conditioning, recovery, balance, and coordination workouts, that are tailored to the athlete and their sport. We also include nutrition coaching and tracking as well through our very own app that our athletes can use to track their nutrition and their workouts. We believe that no two athletes are the same and everyone that enters our doors and is treated as such. Develop your own legacy in the same room as many of the best athletes that long island has to offer.
