I began training with Golden in the summer of 2018 while going into my senior year of high school. I continue to train with him today because I know that all the time, effort, and energy that I put into my training and recovery is only half of the equation. The other half is knowing that the individual trust with my training hours, both in and out of their facility, is putting in the same, if not more, time, effort, and energy into helping me develop into the athlete I am looking to become. From helping me through my recruitment process, to preparing me technically for prospect camps and every subsequent season of college football, to assisting in my understanding of higher-level offensive schemes and increasing my football IQ, I can confidently tell you that I would not be where I am today or achieved what I have were it not for being introduced to Golden.
In the years that I’ve been training with Ben he’s done nothing short of give me all assistance possible in whatever field of training I requested guidance. From helping me reconfigure the weight I gained for my sport throughout my later college career, to being a resource in my strength training, conditioning and recovery, Ben’s input and advice has been invaluable to me. Knowing that I have access to someone that can answer many of the questions to which I don’t have one or even someone to help write up a quick recovery workout or meal plan for the week is a tremendous advantage in the realm of not only college athletics but athletics as a whole.

I train at Peak because of their elite performance programs and the personal connections I’ve made with Ben, Golden, and the athletes. This is a community full of people who want to improve themselves into the best athlete and person they can be. They are focused on your development and provide guidance for any athlete that truly wants to get better. Peak Training and more specifically Golden and Ben have been two huge factors in my life as an athlete and soccer player. They have prepared me for many seasons, including two seasons in the ACC through relentless strength and speed workouts. Not only that but, mentally they have prepared me for the rigorous schedule, workload, and expectations of a division one athlete. Golden's speed training has given me an advantage in college sports with a quick first step, acceleration, and explosiveness. My footwork has improved dramatically through the years of training with Golden. Ben helped my transition into college because I was familiar with workout lifts and more importantly, the correct form. Not only this but injury prevention has played a huge part in my success as an athlete. To all of this I thank and credit Ben, Golden and Peak Training for giving me an advantage and opportunity to train with top athletes and exceptional facilities.

The reason why I train here is because of the faith I have in Golden and Ben as mentors and trainers. The proof is in the pudding, off-season after offseason with their guidance I’ve been put in the best position to succeed repeatedly. They have rubbed off on me in the best way possible. Built on discipline and consistency, they have built a culture of working hard despite the circumstances.

I wouldn’t be the athlete or person I am today without the guidance of Ben & Golden over my last 5 years training with them. They have helped me become the best version of myself by pushing me to be my best every day and helping me reach my goals and find new ones. I train at peak because each athlete gets an individual experience surrounded by the best trainers and athletes around!

I have been training with Ben and Golden for over a year now. They have helped me in many ways regarding my training through working with them. I chose to train with them because seeing the countless successful athletes that have been produced through them and the success that they gain through their training is something that makes their programs and training facilities so successful. Not only are they amazing trainers but also amazing people. They have improved my game in multiple ways, and I can’t be more thankful for them.

Peak is the facility I train at because not only does it push me as an athlete, but it also pushes me to grow as a person. Every day is a new personal challenge and I’m given a new workout to complete so I can reach my end goal of succeeding at the highest level. I learn something new about training, my sport, and specifically myself every time I leave the facility, which is the main reason, I trust the work they put into training me. Learning from Golden and Ben has opened my eyes to seeing life and my sport in many perspectives and I’ve learned to never be satisfied.

I train at Peak because they have helped me grow physically and mentally over the years. From pushing me to be the best to learning how to push myself and always want to be the best. Golden and Ben are the exact people you want to train with during the offseason. The intentionality is 1 of none. Much of my success in football would have never happened if i hadn’t started training with them. If you on the island and want to improve your strength, speed & agility, positional work, and work ethic there’s no one else I’d suggest.

My name is Celeste and I am a rising senior playing lacrosse at the University of Florida. I have been training with Golden since middle school and I can say he is one of the biggest reasons I am where I am today. He has pushed me to be the hardest working athlete and would not settle for anything less. From being one of the youngest girls in the group to now one of the oldest, I can see how much he puts into each of his athletes. I am so appreciative of all the time and effort both Golden and Ben have put in for me to be able to compete at the highest level. I train with them because I know that they push me to be my best even when I don't think I can work any harder. They can see what I can't and make me better because of it.

The reason I train at Peak is for Ben and Golden. They don’t just care about the performance of the athlete, but they care about the actual individual. I can’t thank them enough on what they have done and sacrificed for me to get where I am today! Through all the early workouts and sweat, blood, and tears we have created a family at Peak that will last forever.

I could say that training at Peak has made me a better athlete for not only my lacrosse career in high school at St. Anthony’s but has prepared me to play at a higher level in college at Syracuse. I have put my trust in Golden and Ben to help prepare me for bigger and better opportunities I have to come in my athletic career. Speed classes are fast paced and lifting schedules are hand-picked to your needs. I can 100% say that I have become a faster, stronger, more disciplined athlete because of Golden and Ben with my training at Peak.

I train with Peak because they provide a variety of different workouts that allow me to perform at the top of my game.
