High School Training

Our goal for our High School program is to get our athletes ready to compete and thrive at the next level.  A medium sized class setting that is made up of strength, speed, conditioning, recovery, balance, and coordination workouts, that are tailored to the athlete and their sport.  We also include nutrition coaching and tracking as well through our very own app that our athletes can use to track their nutrition and their workouts. We believe that no two athletes are the same and everyone that enters our doors and is treated as such. Develop your own legacy in the same room as many of the best athletes that long island has to offer.

College Training

Our goal for our college program is to set an environment in which athletes can grow their own legacy in their sports.  Our medium sized classes are perfect for any athlete that wants an eyes and hands on approach, with customized programs suited to the needs of the athlete and their coaches.  Our program includes strength, speed, conditioning, nutrition, recovery, balance, and coordination workouts that are tailored to the individual and their sports.  We also include nutrition coaching and tracking as well through are very own app that our athletes can use to track their nutrition and their workouts.

Youth Training

Our youth speed classes are built to set a foundation of movement patterns that all of our kids can take with them to their sports and to the training floor once they age into our other programs.  At a young age, it is crucial that we set a large enough foundation to build on top of.

Our youth speed classes focus on acceleration, running mechanics, lateral movement, change of direction, and footwork.  There is also an emphasis on balance, stability, and coordination to enhance motor learning and neurological pathways that these athletes can utilize as they grow into their bodies.

Football Training

OFFENSIVE LINEMEN

This package is specifically for offensive linemen. We go over the foundations of run blocking with safe contact and learn how to successfully get to the second level of our blocks. We will also be going over foot work and position specific pass pro blocking, along with drills that college coaches will teach during their summer camps.

DEFENSIVE LINEMEN

This package is specifically for defensive linemen. We sharpen the fundamentals and learn how to be gap sound, fluent with using hands, and other skill sets to disengage blocks and fulfill your assignment properly.
